Discover How Nugget Comfort Redefined Family Furniture with Creative Modular Design
About Us
Founded in North Carolina, Nugget Comfort set out to remedy a not unusual family predicament: a way to create children's furnishings that balances limitless play capability with a clean, cutting-edge aesthetic that parents love. They achieved this with the aid of launching the authentic modular play sofa—an incredibly adaptable four-piece foam fixture that without difficulty transforms into castles, forts, comfy reading nooks, or spare sleepover beds.
Nugget Comfort prioritises first-rate safety above all else. Every single play sofa is made synthetically domestically in the USA; the usage of open-cell polyurethane foam is licensed via CertiPUR-US®, wrapped in ultra-long-lasting, system-washer-friendly microsuede or corduroy covers. By using excessive-tensile friction fabrics and heavy-responsibility zippers, Nugget Comfort builds resilient, flexible play areas that stimulate creativity, withstand rigorous roughhousing, and look stunning in any living room or nursery layout.
Explore the Top Best-Selling Nugget Configurations
- The Original Nugget Play Couch: The flagship 4-piece setup offering a supportive base, a softer cushion layer, and two triangular pillows. It serves as the closing basis for constructing forts or relaxing during family movie nights.
- The Nugget Liner Covers: Highly resilient, water-proof inner liners designed to guard the internal CertiPUR-US® open-cell foam from unintended juice spills, muddy paws, and messy playtime mishaps.
- Special Edition Collaboration Covers: Premium, constrained-version replacement cover sets offering iconic styles, textures, and colorways developed alongside popular children's entertainment franchises and unbiased artists.
Shipping and Return Information
Fulfillment Details
- Compressed Delivery: To preserve a small shipping footprint, Nugget items are compressed, rolled tightly right into a compact field, and shipped directly to your door through depended on ground couriers.
- Unboxing Window: Because keeping foam compressed for too long can impact its resilience, customers are strongly advised to unbox and open their Nugget within 90 days of delivery to permit the foam to expand to its full form.
Return Policy
- 30-Day Trial Window: If your own family isn't always completely in love with the play couch, brand-new, uncompressed, or cleanly opened Nuggets can be lower back inside 30 days of receipt for a complete refund.
- Manufacturing Warranty: Every proper Nugget comes with a complete 1-year restricted warranty covering structural manufacturing defects, cut seams, or broken zipper tracks.

FAQs
Q: Can I use a military promo code on confined-version series drops?
A: Certain high-demand collaboration collections or confined-version cloth patterns sometimes don't qualify for computerised promotional codes. Always review the unique terms indexed next to the validation button at checkout.
Q: Do Nugget play-couches ever go on sale sitewide?
A: Nugget Comfort specialises in direct-to-consumer sales year-round, so they do not often run large sitewide sales. However, navy families can maximise savings by using seasonal bundles or choosing bundled configurations that include free transport.
Q: What should I do if my promo code isn't reducing the cart total?
A: Check to make sure the code has not expired and that your shopping cart doesn't comprise gift cards or custom cleansing kits, which are generally excluded from promotional markdowns.
Q: Are the microsuede covers secure and easy to wash in a standard washing system?
A: Yes! The long-lasting fabric covers may be effortlessly unzipped and machine washed cold inside out, then hung up to air dry to maintain their gentle, friction-heavy texture.
